Family dinners

So what does he do, while he waits for food to be cooked and served?
Read his MTB magazine from cover to cover.
I cooked (i must say) a pretty amazing dinner for my family last week all by myself. The italian menu: salad, spegetti cabonara and tiramisu. And i must add, all made from scratch. Suprisingly, the tiramisu was dead easy to make, and it was a hit! So good that i HAD to let Wayne’s family try it too! So good, my dad ate up the rest of the bowl the following day ![]()
oOoo, love spag carbonara too. i tried making it last week and it was surprisingly easy to make. tiramisu….yummmmmmm. do you have a pretty simple recipe? always think it’s so complicated to make…

yi-vern: its quite simple, but you must know basic techniques like what is folding in the mix and stiff peaks. will put it in angie’s kitchen sometime
janice: You’ll definately have a taste one day !!
cx: not really, i saw them at giant and cold storage. it’s quite readiliy available nowadays. not a problem at all.but the sponge fingers a bit difficult to find, but of course alternatively you can use sponge cake, same effect!

Yay! I can finally comment here. My school net doesnt let me comment at all, only at lucky time like this one. The other day I just passed Andrea some Italian recipes. I have been thinking of cooking dinner for 4 to 6 people. Either italian or Indian, because they seem more easy then to cook a few chinese dishes and end up having to wash more dishes later. Tiramisu is really incredibly easy, I love it!! Get the kitchen up soon! We can swap and share, weeee.
