WELL HELLO THERE!

February 21, 2007

Came into work this morning, set down my bags and laptop, looked up and

WHOAH!!!!
MY TULIPS
HAVE BLOOMED!

Just a few days out of the office, and the bulbs of yellow where there to greet me on a sleepy Monday.

Sneaky tulip.

Although I wished it had waited a bit longer. Would have loved to see it slowly bloom instead of a “KABOOM!” TADAaaaa!

Oh wells, it’s still beautiful. Now let’s hope it stays there for at least a few more days and not die “KABOOM!” by tomorrow.

janice: when you come back, ill buy you one for homecoming pressie k? hopefully they still sell it then :)

germaine: VERY! i feel like a parent saying “oh they grow up so fast… in a blink of an eye and they have bloomed into the tulips they are”

colleen ng: apparently there are tropical species, mines in the office by the window, so it gets aircon and sunlight.
