ICON Mahjong Night

FINALLY…we got round to organising Mahjong Night! On monday night, My colleagues Marlene, Andrew and Weiren came over to my place after work for an absolutely mind-blowing curry dinner cooked by my helper.
Andrew was on a roll, unbelievable luck, to the point that the three of us “combined forces” and tried to “draw out” the luck from him (as pictured)! After rounds and rounds of hard work, all i won was $3.20! But that’s alright…win or lose, i just love playing the game.
I had buckets of fun and laughter, looking forward to the next session.

Chloe: i think the alphabets mean North South East or West. And the numbers must mean the same thing.
Ahh mahjong….i once knew how to play the game for 2 weeks! hehehehe…

they are probably ang mo tiles… for people like my dad who has no idea what the chinese words mean

Ive been wanting to learn mahjong! Beside foods, I think mahjong really bring pple together!! Hehe..and its impressive you can read and write chinese, how cool u tell me! hehe

haha…like i saw poker games carved on mahjong tiles b4. Must be for mahjong hardcores.
Have not played the games in years. Though i’m proud to say i learnt the games when i was 12!
The game has to be played with the right pple. I hate playing with sore losers.

Chloe: oh yes… we don’t like that. And usually for us, winner takes everyone out for dinner… its about enjoying the game, not the gambling.
