Quite a while ago i blogged about the exhibitions at the Ministry of National Development across the road from work. Was meant to post this picture up too, but hadn’t got round to doing so. Something doesn’t seem right? can you spot it?
that ‘noti’ man is showing his middle finger. was it on purpose that he was the only statue illuminated by the spotlight? tee hee

Middle-Finger-Guy doesn’t seem to be have any pants on….which probably explains why he’s so disgruntled.
