Just Google it
August 10, 2007
So i’ve been receiving spam email from a “Nick .” recently, and it’s all on Singapore politics, with recent articles on Chee Soon Juan/Chee Siok Chin (i had to google them, coz seriously, i ain’t interested in politics!). So i replied one of the emails and informed him to remove me from his mailing list immediately.
And this is the reply i get “Any particular reason? Are you a PAP supporter?”
OMG…seriously…does it matter? I’m not even a citizen! Don’t need to waste time on me… i don’t even vote! Someone really has his knickers in a twist! When i want to be off someone’s mailing list, i don’t want to be emailed anymore, so i again told him to stop spamming me or i’ll report him.
and i get a reply YET again, telling me to be more civil on cyberspace, and the comical part was when he said this:
“p.s if you do not want me to email you anymore, don’t spam me back.”
*facepalm* Who’s spamming who… so funny!
Anyway, On a random note, a simple google search of his email spinx11[at]hotmail.com reveals that he is Nick Cordell looking for a “vespa as cheap as possible” in a expat forum. Unless… this guy isn’t Nick, and probably just got his email hijacked by someone else.

Why not just set a rule to throw all his email straight into the deleted item box?

Hahaha. This is hilarious. Now we know he likes attention (no one uses Vespa because it’s a good ride) and cheap. I never knew you could use Google for this. I wonder what other dirty little secret one might discover using Google.
