Penang Boy in Singapore

Today’s ride was a fitness check for me. It’s been months since we cycled the Bukit Timah trail, but it’s a good test on my fitness. Conclusion? I’m even more unfit than I thought?! Climbs that I used to be able to clear, were just too much work today!
But as usual, I still had a great time! Good workout, Good Friends, Good ride, Good food.
Our Penang-ian friend Benny Boy is also in town, so we got him out bright and early to get a taste of the Singapore trails. Although I would have liked to take him to Poobin (Pulau Ubin), but that will have to wait till next time.
We did though check out Gangsa and their new 5ft drop. Fwaarrrr….
Great pre-christmas workout! lol anyway, saw u in the garnier challenge in the latest Female. Must say it’s the first time i seen u so natural, w/o the makeup and stuffs, and u still look beautiful! hehe..
