I wuvvv stationery

August 8th, 2008

I really get excited when it comes to stationery, I’ve got two pen holders at work filled with all the colours of the rainbow, in different thickness and types (rollerball, felt, fountain, ballpoint). My favourite is 0.7 rollerball for scribbles and a 0.5 for work. 2B lead mechanicals, and I hate using the rubbers on the pencil unless it’s an emergency. Correction tape as opposed to liquid (tipex), Glu stick instead of glue gum.

Anyway, my favourite client gave us a cutter & buck pen yesterday morning. Unscrew the cap and it reveals a 1GB USB stick. Neat.

Am such a nerd.

And yes….Angela you have tooooooo many pens!!!!! Think of all the poop pen deprived people in Eithopia (or some place)…

  17. August 11th, 2008 at 15:03 | #17

RF: I think it was during asian aerospace, JB got them some. It writes well i’m sorry to tell you.

about the pens: Actually… I was approached by a certain pen company, and one of the initiatives i proposed was a stationery collection. We are always given too many free pens at fairs and what not. Wanted people to donate their pens, and we’d send them to schools in countries that need them. But it didn’t take off… although i would love to revisit that idea… Will i get your support?

omg, we have the same thinking when it comes to stationery. i love love love being in stationery stores and would normally take forever looking at all the cool stuff. and i can’t agree more with you on the erasers of mechanical pencils. hate it when someone who’ve borrowed my pencils and end up using the eraser as well! i would just take it out and shift it the other way round and voila, it seems unused again! haha. good entry!

A: YAY!!! I”M NOT ALONE!!!!!! and i do the same with the eraser on the mechanical pencil!!! that’s so funny….. we should form a support group.HAHahhaa

Lol, a stationery fanatic kaki! I’m the same with the eraser on the pencil, about using 0.7 for scribbling & 0.5 for work & absolutely nothing but 2B for my mechanical pencils..

But your pen holders still win over mine though =p
