Can you cry under water?
How important does a person have to be before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?
Why do you have to ‘put your two cents in’… but it’s only a ‘penny for your thoughts’? Where’s that extra penny going to?
Once you’re in heaven, do you get stuck wearing the clothes you were buried in for eternity?
Why does a round pizza come in a square box?
What disease did cured ham actually have?
How is it that we put man on the moon before we figured out it would be a good idea to put wheels on luggage?
Why is it that people say they ’slept like a baby’ when babies wake up like every two hours?
If a deaf person has to go to court, is it still called a hearing?
Why are you IN a movie, but you’re ON TV?
Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?
Why do doctors leave the room while you change? They’re going to see you naked anyway.
Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp, which no decent human being would eat?
If Jimmy cracks corn and no one cares, why is there a stupid song about him?
Can a hearse carrying a corpse drive in the carpool lane ?
If the professor on Gilligan’s Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can’t he fix a hole in a boat?
Why does Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They’re both dogs!
If Wile E. Coyote had enough money to buy all that ACME crap, why didn’t he just buy dinner?
If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?
Do the Alphabet song and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star have the same tune?
Why did you just try singing the two songs above?
Why do they call it an asteroid when it’s outside the hemisphere, but call it a hemorrhoid when it’s in your butt?
Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog’s face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him for a car ride, he sticks his head out the window?

Well, the ham had rare disease before it was cured! ;P

not sure if i can ans all ur questions, but here’s some simple ones:
# Can you cry under water?
-Yes. just wear goggles.
# How important does a person have to be before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?
-not about the person’s importance. the difference is that assassination has a political motivation, but this is not a critical factor for murder.
# Why does a round pizza come in a square box?
-cos square boxes are more economical to produce?
# If a deaf person has to go to court, is it still called a hearing?
-yes… dun take the technical term so literally…lah.
# Why are you IN a movie, but you’re ON TV?
-cos movie is the animate subject, while TV is the physical object. similarly, you say you are IN a drama serial, but not “ON a drama serial” rite?
# Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?
-cos actually they mean to look afar to the horizons, and not to the ground?
# Why do doctors leave the room while you change? They’re going to see you naked anyway.
-it’s not a qn of ‘anyway’. it’s a huge difference bw watching u change, and performing professional medical checks on your body. the former can get charged criminally, but the latter may not be so.
# Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp, which no decent human being would eat?
-u may never know. eating habits vary.
# If Jimmy cracks corn and no one cares, why is there a stupid song about him?
-and you actually know about this ’stupid song’. goes to show so much. ha ha ha…
# Can a hearse carrying a corpse drive in the carpool lane ?
-you can try.
# If the professor on Gilligan’s Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can’t he fix a hole in a boat
-professors just cant think normally. haha..
# Why does Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They’re both dogs!
-why is this even in your list of “Made you think”? i wonder..
# Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog’s face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him for a car ride, he sticks his head out the window?
-i’m sure u will react the same as the dog. will u get irritated when someone blows in your face, and will u enjoy it in a fast-riding car when the wind is blowing against your face? isn’t it obvious. -_-”

I’m glad to meet you too!
Yeah, I had a great time there but my calves are aching now cos I’ve been walking at the park from 9am to 4pm!!! The last time I visited birdpark was 10yrs ago so I guess I wanted to catch every single attractions. Ha!
I believe the Alphabet and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star songs had the same tune. I’ve been singing these songs almost every night during my son’s bedtime routine for the past 3yrs!

alamak. relax lah “passerby”. blursotong is just sharing sumthing that made her smile. no need to be so uptight right?! gawd you remind me of this obnoxious ‘know-it-all’ who sat next to me in skool. anyways i found this entirely engaging & amusing angela. cheers for sharing this!!!
but while we’re at it “passerby”….. an assassination is not necessarily politikally motivated. i was very surprised when the media coined Tupac Shakurs’ killing as an assassination!!!! sensational media blurs many things. be kareful with wat you say.

ok lets all chill….
I appreciate passerby posting his views, and guerrilla for mentioning about that assination thing. It’s all up for debate.
i like lively discussions… makes the blog more interesting…

wow… this is obviously the most entertaining post I came across in couple of days.
I always wondered about the Goofy and Pluto thing when I was a kid. And my Mom would get mad because I would say over and over again, “..but they are both dogs. So why?” Ahh…it brought some pleasant memories.
