Fit and Fab

September 19th, 2008

I’m getting a lot of flak from a certain client about my article, he called me up this morning to tease me on my choice of words. :)

This was for yesterday’s Straits Times supplement Mind Your Body, for a column called Fit & Fab.

Here it is, click on the picture below to read the full interview.

Just a reminder to all those who signed up for the GE Run, you’ve got about 37 days to train!

    Excellent stuff cuz.

But, in the eyes of most, the ‘girl next door’ rates very highly! Hahaha!

Thanks for the reminder that I need to get my big butt to the gym this weekend.

sherry: totally! actually after going to the US, australia is not too bad. America is even worse!!! But hey, AUstralia has good weather for sports!

agnes: Heya! thanks for dropping a comment… i find humbleness attractive. If you dont have a good head on your shoulders, and a good hear, it’s so off putting. At times i feel myself swaying off course, but i’d like to think i’m grounded.

I’m sure you are as well if you were able to read between the lines. Oh and thanks for including your website, one more blog for me to read :) yay!
