mystripesocks: HAHHAhaha no no i don’t have vitamins to make me do all that. its really not alot. Weekends are spent mountain biking. weedays work. modelling once in a blue mooon. i don’t do alot.

I’ve been reading you blog for a while now and would like to subscribe to it hee hee and link your blog on mine if you don’t mind. I’ve recently moved to NY and you’ve inspired me to start cyclying again.. (used to do loads of it socially when I was younger)so I told my boyfriend it would be better to get me a bike instead of a todd’s handbag, and I bought him a Garmen Edge 305 for Christmas.

i think the garmin edge is fantastic! with the software on the comp, it maps out everything.

unfortunately you can’t really stop it. I had problems with people using my pictures as avatars on forums. The problem will never go away, unless you stop posting pictures all together. But what’s the fun in that.. no pictures on a blog?

I can said that I start my 1st cycling was on the day Penang Jamboree 2009 ..I went there too to PG Hill and down hye keat estate…damm hard.. but i did not joint the Jamboree..I stop at least 7 times to before reach 168(Penang Hill)..

Anyway now I’m ok..fully trained can reach there none stop..
