First time to the Wavehouse.

Didn’t ride the waves that day, instead chilled with a couple of cold beers and had some camera fun. Kiran and Andrea also took turns to try their hands out in photography.

D was fashionably late, so Chris, Kim, Joel and I entertained ourselves by playing cherry-pip-trajectory by the berth. Also, it was only then did I realise how tall I was, towering over Kimbles.

Then we headed out for a pretty awesome day of wakeboarding at the islands.

Check out these fancy-schmancy sequence shots I put together on photoshop!

The fire comes leaping through the woods
Burning all of Nature’s goods.
It jumps and sways from side to side,
Using each tree for its scorching ride.
It sputters left and sputters right–
Killing life with greedy delight.
It plays with leaves and very tall pines,
Breaking in places, then it combines.
The trip is ended, the forest is gone.
It all started just before dawn.
So many were happy while they lived here;
Now, they’re all hiding in fear.
It only takes a single match..

Shedding bark can look pretty.

And so can a random lump of seaweed!

Had an amazing weekend in Bali and lots of photos to prove it. Will upload them soon, but for those of you on my Facebook, you can see them already in my photo album.

I couldn’t blog yesterday because I didn’t have internet connection. Yesterday morning, I was on a flight to Perth Australia. Since I was at Changi early, I decided to take the sky train over to T3.

Don’t know what the hoo ha is about, its just…new…new design… new fixtures, but nothing out of this world.

I met Wayne at Yakun for some kaya toast and egg. Hmmm….

QF72 bound for Perth, Australia.
I don’t usually go trigger happy on a flight, but today, the view was just ab-so-lutely amazing. Here’s a couple of my favorite shots from the air.

Indonesian islands. I loved how the couds and islands were all lined up.

Just out of Singapore

fluffy clouds, was just waiting for a care bear to pop out.

The yellow part in the picture is actually sand.

I flew on a Boeing 747-338. Don’t usually notice these sort of things, but the Rolls Royce engines are REALLY quite quiet!
